Customer Service Representative

A HomeTown Bank Customer Service Representative interacts with customers and co-workers daily to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, reviewing endorsements and signatures, pulling and filing of closed or dormant signature cards, various research on account transactions, completing incoming credit report requests and other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Two or more years of banking experience is preferred.  Applicant should have excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, should pay close attention to detail, have strong organization skills, and be proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Work Schedule will include Saturdays.

Full Time Paying/Receiving Teller

HomeTown Bank of Galveston- Seawall Location
4424 Seawall Blvd.

Daily duties of a Teller include: processing customer transactions and following procedures while paying attention to detail; maintain and balance cash drawer under established guidelines while making customers feel welcome with excellent customer service; any additional duties assigned.
At least 1 year teller experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and computer skills preferred. Work schedule includes Saturdays.
